Map history

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Once the simulation is done it's hard to visually see how the simulation escalated. It's also impossible to know how the simulation looked at a specific point in time.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add a date selector / time slider to the map.
The user should be able to
- Set a specific date and see what the map looked like then. All other information in the map, like the side pane, should only display events until the selected timestamp
- Replay the simulation to see how the simulation happened.
