Upload state is not saved when changing tabs in Plugins page

## Describe the bug
When uploading new plugin, while the plugin is installed if you change tabs in `Plugins` page and get back to `Upload new plugin` the loading icon will be gone and no indication wherever the plugin has been uploaded correctly

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use the [example .tar ](https://monkey-plugins-develop.s3.amazonaws.com/PowerShell-exploiter-v1.0.2.tar)
2. Upload the example .tar using the UI
3. Switch tabs and get back to Upload New Plugin
4. See that loading icon is gone and no indication wherever the plugin has been installed

## Expected behavior
We should have indication if the Plugins was correctly uploaded
