Suggest documentation if the report is empty

If no files were encrypted, instead of showing an empty table show a text saying "No files were encrypted, [see how you can configure ransomware simulation with file encryption](https://www.guardicore.com/infectionmonkey/docs/usage/scenarios/ransomware-simulation/)"
