[Feature Request] Ability to Split Tunnel the VPN by URL

Ability to Split Tunnel the VPN by URL will be very useful when you want to use something like a podcast app on the phone, but you don't want all of podcasts go through Tor, because many of them are blocking Tor... and some of them are blocked in countries like Iran. so if we could give some URL regex to Orbot to apply tor just on those requests, it would be great!

I mean something like what FoxyProxy or SwitchyOmega add-ons do on Firefox, or Postern is doing on Android
