Increase word limit for translators

All the projects under guardian project at weblate, including **orbot**, has a word count limit that avoid us translators to do our work. The translated texts doesn't always have the exact same word count as the text source.

Take [this example](https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/guardianproject/orbot-metadata/pt_BR/?q=check:same), the interface show that we have a verification conflict, if you look under the translation window you can see a 500 word limit.

Either double the word count or remove the limit so we can solve this conflicts and move forward with the translation.
