[Feature Request] Route through Tor by default

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I like to use Orbot for all apps except a select few. When I install a new app, I would like for it to be routed through Orbot by default. Instead, the default is that it is routed through the clearnet.

**Describe the Solution You'd Like**
It would be nice if there were a settings toggle to route traffic through orbot/tor by default, and manually select apps which you would like to be routed through the clearnet instead.
