[Feature Request] Use pre-release tags for Beta releases on GitHub

Apps such as Obtainium which pull .apk-s from URLs to install them on Android devices, utilize the pre-release tags in GitHub releases to offer an option to their users to disable or enable downloading pre-release versions of apps. In the case of Orbot which dos not use these tags, Obtainium – or even a run-of-the-mill user who goes to the release page – cannot differentiate between Beta and Stable Orbot releases. This may put users at risk of updating to unstable builds.
