Description
I'm not yet sure what could be causing this, but with the latest device upon which i'm testing (a Nokia 3.1) the white balance for the camera is terrible. JPGs and MP4s (which are just a string of still image captures) come out very dark.
while this phone doesn't have the absolute greatest camera, it's not utterly terrible. if i open the Camera app in Android, the white balance adjusts well and photos and video are captured in a decent way.
does Haven have it's own algorithm for setting the camera's white balance / exposure?

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the dark JPG and MP4 captures on the Nokia 3.1, then compare Haven's camera behavior with the Android Camera app while tracing the camera capture path. Done means the cause of the white-balance or exposure difference is identified and the affected captures are corrected.
