Use different default widths for text inputs

After using the forms a bit this week I found myself creating a "full-width" class (width: 100%) because the default size of the text inputs is very small even for mobile.

Textareas also seem quite small in height.

It would be nice to either have some modifier classes for use with the inputs or to play around with defaults sizings so the inputs feel less lost in containers.
