Description
We have added a lastModified timestamp (https://github.com/guardian/media-service/pull/537) but no lastModifiedBy. That could be useful information to have.
Currently the metadata editor and cropper don't record the author of changes. We know we want to save the author of a crop (https://github.com/guardian/media-service/issues/292), and likely the author of metadata edits, so once that is in place, we could index that information in ES.

Read issue 292 for the crop-author requirement and determine how metadata and crop authors should be saved and later indexed in Elasticsearch; done means both change types record their author.
