Start by reviewing the AWS Application Load Balancer listener rule documentation and inventorying the existing ELBs in this repository's production setup. Define the host-based routing rules needed to consolidate them into one ALB, with completion meaning the existing routes work through the single load balancer and the separate ELBs can be removed.
