Investigate increased in article-rendering CPU utilisation following crossword roll-out

When crosswords was rolled out to 10% of the audience (18/2/2025), we noticed a rise in CPU utilisation across the whole of article-rendering (15-25% -> 20-35%)

We don't expect a linear increase in CPU utilisation as we ramp up the percentage of the audience receiving DCR experience, thanks to caching. We should confirm that this is the case before investigating.

After crosswords are at 100%, we should investigate whether this CPU utilisation increase can be brought back down.
