Description

Description: A user reported that when opening [this article](https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/sep/07/tesla-chief-elon-musk-smokes-marijuana-on-live-web-show) in Safari, they received a popup asking, "Do you want to download '3887'?"

- User's iOS Version: 17.4.1

This issue appears similar to a previous report from another user, who experienced the same popup when accessing [this article](https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2018/feb/12/government-spying-immigrants-america).

In that instance, the issue was linked to an email signup form that no longer existed, yet somehow triggered a download prompt.
