### Context
When we deploy an application we tend to see [elevated number of 500 errors](https://frontend.gutools.co.uk/metrics/errors/5xx) in our dashboards for a few minutes.
### Priority
Lowish – this could make it hard to distinguish a real ongoing error from something expected.
