Description
Stars were removed in https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/pull/4671 .
Previous to this they were rendered on the page but hidden behind the headline box (not intentionally). These were removed in order to release PR4671 but they should be added back inside the headline black box. @HarryFischer will provide designs
