Task that came from https://github.com/guardian/dotcom-rendering/issues/9890.
There are a few [lambdas](https://eu-west-1.console.aws.amazon.com/lambda/home?region=eu-west-1#/functions) in our account that haven't ran for years. We should delete the ones we don't need.
