Rework Copy/Insert media dialogs: Scrollable selection list between notebook,current, favourite folders

It would be great if It Markor would allow configuring where the images that users insert in the notebook directory go. By default, Markor offers two options, one is directly in the directory of the note, or directly in the directory of the notebook. If there were a way one could manually add their preferred directory, it would be great. It would help the organization of files, especially if one is using different Softwares and platforms.
So as an example, I'm using QOwnNotes on PC and Markor on android. Qownnotes put images in the "./notebook/media/" directory.
Another advantage is that one could unclutter the notes directory. So I wouldn't see all the pictures of all notes in the folder that I put the notes in.
And potentially, many other advantages for a user to configure the exact behavior of this function.
