Texpand works randomly

### Description

Eine Entdeckung, die ich kürzlich gemacht habe:

- [x] Texpand funktioniert (meistens) nicht in todotxt - das verstehe ich, da sich das wahrscheinlich mit dem Parsing von todotxt überlagert
- [ ] Texpand funktionert (meistens) in *.md Dateien - manchmal aber aus unerfindlichen Gründen in einzelnen Dateien einfach nicht (in anderen dagegen parallel geöffneten aber schon.

Ich konnte bisher nicht herausfinden, woran das lag - die Dateien sind ähnlich bis teilweise sogar fast vollständig gleichen Inhalts. Öffnen und schließen oder aktualisieren der "Problem-Datei" ändert das Verhalten nicht.

Das Verhalten ist erst vor ca. 1 Woche aufgetaucht - zuvor lief das reibungslos. An einer neuen Version kann es also nicht liegen. Gibt es dafür eine mögliche Erklärung?
