Markdown: Support for definition lists

Don't worry; Markor and Marder appear as completely separate applications. You can install both side-by-side, and Markor's settings are not touched. If your desired feature is present, you don't need to open this issue. The change will be part of the next Markor update.)

The issue requests Markdown definition-list support and links to the Markdown Guide syntax, but names no source file or test. Start by reviewing merged pull request #2277 and the current Markdown handling; done means the requested definition-list syntax is supported in Markor.
