Description
It would be very good if we could define one specific condition as control and plot all against this single condition.
I couldn´t find a way in the documentation, is it possible? It is especially important when testing interventions such as the fecal transplant effect or medication effects on the microbiome.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the heat tree comparison documentation and the implementation of comparison plots. Determine how a single control condition could be used as the reference for all comparisons, then document or demonstrate the supported behavior. Done means multiple treatments can be plotted against one specified control condition.
