Description

Hi Zach,

I was wondering if there is a way to set the node shapes. I saw it on a future development list and wondered if you had some code to do that. I am trying to point out specific taxa of interest with a shape.

If not no worries! Thanks!

Research direction

The issue does not identify a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the future development item and the existing node-visualization code, then clarify the intended way to assign shapes to selected taxa. Done means users can distinguish specified taxa by node shape and the behavior is covered by an appropriate test or documented example.
