Able to change commit message depending on repo?

**Describe the solution you'd like**
So I work with a bunch of similar repos, but all managed by different teams. I need to make the same code change across all these different repos but then in the commit message I would like to have a different ticket per repo (so different commit message per repo)

I assume git-xargs doesn't currently do that but maybe there is some magical way to do a replace?
