Memory Address Viewer doesnt Goto Correct Address

### Describe the bug

something happened on one of the updates . 99% of the time redux takes me to the wrong address if I hit enter in this address textbox

### Expected behavior

should Goto the correct address

### Steps to reproduce the bug

open up a memory viewer , type in the address in the text box , hit enter.

try a very large address that isn't in the current field of view
