In Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories (SLUS14.11) if DynaRec is enabled the first card on the board is rendering in a weird state.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories (SLUS14.11) with DynaRec enabled, then compare the first card rendered during a duel against interpreter mode. Use the linked video and the listed PCSX-Redux build, Windows 11, and AMD GPU details to narrow the rendering path. Done means the card renders normally with DynaRec enabled without regressing interpreter mode.
