Description

### Describe the bug

When saving there is a long delay(around 30 seconds) before the file is saved to the memory card. The save file's thumbnail is corrupted

### Expected behavior

The save should only take a couple seconds and look like

Main menu, option, Fastest Laps, Save: New File

Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.3672
