No Voice Acting in Missadventures of Tron Bonne

### Describe the bug

the voice audio for Misadventures of Tron Bonne doesnt play at all. On top of that the game often locks up during cutscenes , I cant even get past the introduction with the gustaff. I also defintetly have streaming turned on otherwise I wouldnt hear the title screen music.

### Expected behavior

I should hear voice acting in various parts of the game

### Steps to reproduce the bug

just play through the introduction with the gustaff.
