There is no Assembly option to show "li" instead of "move" where possible in the Assembly window or tab at all

I am just migrating the #1098 feature request from the Discussions tab to the Issues tab according to wheremyfoodat's request:

Now, unlike discussion, you can close this issue when this feature is implemented in PCSX-Redux.
