The "Compare to first scan" checkbox is missing from the "Delta-over-time search" tab of the "Memory Observer" window of the PCSX-Redux PlayStation one emulator

I am just migrating the #1103 feature request from the Discussions tab to the Issues tab according to wheremyfoodat's request:

Now, unlike discussion, you can close this issue when this feature is implemented in PCSX-Redux.
