Controllers not Detected on Linux

### Describe the bug

Hi! I just discovered this project, and I'm unable to bind any controllers to the emulator. They do not appear to be detected at all.

### Expected behavior

Controller should be detected and I should be able to bind it.

### Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Compile latest commit from AUR
2. Run
3. Go into controllers
4. No controllers are detected.

### Operating System

Arch Linux rolling

### PCSX-Redux version
