Language landing page should contain latest pkg version and pkg prerequisites

For all languages & platforms, prerequisites are currently listed at the top of the Quick start page. They should appear on the language's landing page, either in addition to the Quick start or instead of (and the QS could mention that it assumes that prerequisites have been installed). Of course, a QS might have prerequisites that are specific to the QS itself, and those shouldn't appear on the language landing page.
