Support Dart / AngularDart

I am aware that the current Roadmap [1] mentions the following in terms of gRPC web and Dart / AngularDart

Web framework integration

This is to provide first-class support for gRPC API and gRPC-Web in popular Web frameworks such as Angular.

Note Dart gRPC will be using gRPC-Web as the underlying implementation on the Dart Web platform.

However, in a recent reply [2] on the issue for tracking the gRPC web implementation for gRPC Dart / AngularDart , @kevmoo mentioned the following in reply to @gedw99's update request:

Users of AngularDart have been counting on gRPC Dart supporting gRPC-web in order to finally be able to adopt gRPC across their communication stack and put REST to rest.
