Description
Follow up from #404. Groovy editor has support for finding inner type constructors without a supporting import. But that support has its limits. "new ComEnv" does not propose "CommandEnvironment(String cmdpath,String[] argv)- java.rmi.activation.ActivationGroupDesc" without the supporting import.

Research direction
Start by reading the support described in issue #404 and tracing the Groovy editor's handling of new ComEnv when no import is present. Reproduce the proposal lookup and verify that CommandEnvironment(String cmdpath,String[] argv)- java.rmi.activation.ActivationGroupDesc appears without a supporting import.
