Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hello everybody,
atm there is a notification which is triggered when the inventory goes below a configured amount. So far so good, but if the delivery and care of the order takes longer than the next check interval you get the same notification again. This can cause that the item gets ordered twice.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be awesome to have a checkbox "Already ordered" with a date field which surpresses the notification until the new amount is set and the checkbox can be deactivated
OR
A field where you can enter an amount which has been ordere which gets added to the real amount
Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the accessory low-inventory notification flow and clarify whether the checkbox/date or ordered-amount approach is intended. Done means repeated notifications are suppressed while an order is pending and resume when the inventory is updated.
