Description

Would it be possible to run netMHCstab on the local machine and not submitting the jobs to the netMHCstab remote server?
The same would apply to netChop.

Thanks

Research direction

Start by locating the pVACseq entry points that handle --netmhc-stab and the corresponding netChop integration, then trace where jobs are submitted to their remote servers. The issue is done when both stability prediction tools can run locally instead of submitting jobs remotely, with the supported invocation and behavior documented.
