Use gscloud-kubernetes-cluster commands with UUID as argument not flag

Description
Currently, to specify the cluster you have to use `--cluster `. All other commands (`gscloud-server`, `gscloud-storage`, ...) accept the UUID of the object as first argument, so `gscloud kubernetes cluster save-kubeconfig ` should be possible, and `--cluster` should be deprecated
