Regarding new implementation and New Design of the Project

after the meet, I was quite excited to contribute to this project (although got disconnected due to bad internet )
I have a few ideas to make this project more awesome.
I draw a new wireframe for the project ( home page for now )


I am just thinking to have a UI similar to my side project https://toriii.vercel.app
and it would be good if we could use a framework like React (we could use awesome frontend libraries like Chaka UI, instead of bootstrap and make an eye-popping design to attract more contributors ) it would speed up the development process plus we would get a maintainable code.
well if we use a combo of this,
we can hopefully complete the home page with
Dark mode / Light mode
Side Menu Navigation
Gradient background in a day ( yup, we can)

Regarding that chart part i am still exploring some packages to make it easy out their for us.

Plus add a few free-to-use illustrations would be awesome here is the one I use in wireframe.
