Description
current mockups at [the pagure design ticket](https://pagure.io/design/issues/715) does not have a strong visual hierarchy to denote how issues relate to one another. This will require a bit of conceptual evolution to look right.
The mainPage also needs a bit more text and content on it to orient new users. But also to not get in the way of people who are getting comfortable with using this service.
