plotting greta dag when reloading model doesn't always work

E.g., writing a greta model `m` to disk, then reloading in a fresh session, and using the `awaken_greta_model()` step - discussed here: https://github.com/idem-lab/example-greta-targets, the `plot` method doesn't seem to work
