Description
As spotted by [@hrlai on the greta forum](https://forum.greta-stats.org/t/is-the-regularised-horseshoe-prior-example-correct/264), it looks like the example for the regularised horseshoe prior given in the exampels pages on the website doesn't appear to match the definition in the paper cited.
These lines need changing: https://github.com/greta-dev/greta/blob/master/inst/examples/linear_finnish_horseshoe.Rmd#L9-L10
and the website rebuilding.
We should check the standard horseshoe prior too.
