Description
Tensorflow probability has *just* open sourced it's unrolled* NUTS implementation [here](https://github.com/tensorflow/probability/blob/master/tensorflow_probability/python/mcmc/nuts.py)
Personally, I think having a NUTS implementation would be a **big** thing for greta.
*I assume this means that it very parallel(y)
