Description
Explore if it's feasible to replace all files in a project's .gren folder with a single sqlite database. Also look at storing the info in .dat files in the global cache as a sqlite database as well.
This may or may not improve performance. On one hand we're likely to perform fewer syscalls, and have more compact data (less to read from disk). On the other hand we have the overhead of SQL.
What could be a big improvement, though, is having the compiler's cache being easily queryable in a self-describing format. This could be a big help to tooling authors.
