Filter table select is empty

## Expected Behavior
Filter table select should allow to filter table cells when data is provided in that cell

## Current Behavior
Hello, at the moment when i get data from API sometimes some cells can be empty and than problem appears in filter select table because you get empty select values if no data is provided. How this issue can be solved because there will be cases when data will not be provided and in that case i don't want to filter that cell. Is there any walk around?
