Sorting based on multiple columns.

Would appreciate your help or guidance to achieve this.

I need to sort based on multiple columns. I will handle the data sorting from the REST API in sort callback but at the UI side, it seems only one column can be selected at a time. Can we lock the selected column on triple click and allow sorting of other columns as well?
