Filter dialog is hiding the table

Not really a bug, it is more a Question/Change Request.

## Current Behavior
When opening the 'Filter' dialog, it may happen that this dialog will mostly overlap the table.
In the following example, I am not able to see the values for Mean or StdDev, so I need to close the filter dialog in order to see again the values, store the value in my mind, then enter in the filter dialog again to enter the value.

## Question
Is there a way to 'move' this filter dialog ?

The issue provides a screenshot of the Filter dialog overlapping table values, but names no source file or test. Start by locating the filter dialog implementation and reproduce the overlap; done means users can move or otherwise reposition the dialog so the table values remain accessible while entering filters.
