White page shows while webview inited

Description
The webview works fine.
However, when the webview load the URL.
It will show white page then waiting the web content loaded.
After initialized, switch to different URL is smooth without any white page.
I would like to ask hot to solve the white page issue?
At least... could I change other color for waiting loading?
