Description
As far as I can tell, since its using a native WebView, Unity can't get it's touch information. So is there some other way to know if the user has touched the WebView or not?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the touch interaction with the native WebView and inspect how Unity's Input.touchCount behaves around it. Trace the Unity-to-native WebView touch path; done means establishing whether WebView touches can be detected through an existing mechanism or documenting that no supported alternative is available.
