Can the webview open AngularJS based html page inside Unity

Description
I created a sample.html file and imported angularJS plugin in its script tags along with angular material design css. When I load that webpage it shows an empty page in Unity .
I wonder if it supports third party javascript plugins to be used in my website ?
Please can you share some info on that.
