Description
The behavior of webview is not what I expected. When I called SetVisibility(false), I expected the keyboard to be closed if it was on, but it remains on.
I could just destroy the webview object, but then I'd have to go through init and load to use the webview again.
Is there any other way to use it? I also tried SetKeyboardVisible, but that didn't work.

Research direction
Start by tracing the SetVisibility(false) and SetKeyboardVisible entry points and how they interact with the webview lifecycle. Reproduce the behavior with the keyboard open, then determine and verify the supported way to close the keyboard without destroying and reinitializing the webview.
