Describe the bug
On the checkout page, the delivery minutes or pickup minutes timer keeps decreasing automatically without any user interaction, even before placing the order.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Select either Delivery or Pickup option.
Observe the delivery/pickup minutes displayed.
The minutes keep decreasing automatically while on the checkout page.
Expected behavior
Delivery/pickup minutes should remain static until the order is placed or manually refreshed
