Enatega Customer and Rider app: Add-ons price is not visible to customer after order is placed.

Describe the bug
After customers place an order containing add-ons, the order summary or receipt does not display the price of the add-ons on the customer app and rider app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login to the customer app.
Select a restaurant/store that has items with add-ons.
Add an item along with an add-on to the cart.
Proceed to checkout and place the order.
After the order is placed, navigate to the order details or receipt page.
The add-on prices are missing from the order details/receipt page.
Expected behavior
The order summary or receipt should display the add-on names along with their prices in the cost breakdown.

Reproduce the issue in the customer app and rider app by placing an order with an add-on, then inspect the order details and receipt screens. Done means the order summary and cost breakdown show each add-on name together with its price after the order is placed.
